Floor Plan Stylization

In pre-sale real estate, marketing teams need to take the utilitarian architectural plans, and make them beautiful. The architect or sanitizer provides me with the basic floor plan, and I work with the established brand to meticulously revise line weights of flooring, adjust colours and labels, and create the final “marketing floor plan” insert.
